Dan brings with him 30 years of Professional Hockey League Coaching and Leadership experience within both North America and Europe and 4 years a Professional Hockey Player in Europe. He has 18 years experience in the Oil and Gas Industry with both field experience and Project Management procurement. He also has 2 years of experience as a Union Representative for Electrical Workers.
Trained and skilled in the areas of Mediation, Coaching and Investigations, he has a strong passion for Coaching and using Alternative Dispute Resolution; Mediation is a way to work through conflict which provides the opportunity for parties to come to a mutually agreed upon solution allows for continued communication between parties.
Dan also believes that workplace assessments and investigations conducted in a professional and confidential manner can be instrumental in assisting companies and leaders make decisions with confidence.
